The school is the prime project of ideal Educational and Charitable Trust, Uliyil,a philanthropic venture of some learnt ,devoted and service minded people of the area. The trust has been playing a vital role in the educational and cultural development of the region for the last two decades. The school is affiliated to Central Board Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school has grown to a full- fledged secondary school with over 800 students. The school is located at Narempara, Uliyil on Thalassery Iritty Highway. The location is ideal due to its easy access from different corners of the district, yet comfortably away from its cacophony and pollution.
